You can adjust which information is shown in the Summary field, at the bottom of the Calculation dialog:
You can add line items of charges for taxes, freight, packing, etc. Just click a blue field and enter a value to update it.
To set up your Summary field, follow these steps:
- In the Calculation dialog, open the View settings dialog by clicking this icon on the tab representing the Article View you wish to make settings for:
Click the Settings button in the Summary field:
- In the View Settings dialog, verify that you are on the Summary tab:
Select the categories you wish to display in the Summary field.
Select a category in the left field and select the check box Enabled to show or hide the item in the Summary.
There are also options to create, save, and import custom Summary templates, which means that you can reuse or share your calculation view settings in other drawings more easily.
On the right, you can manage your summary templates:
|Save template: Save current Summary settings for later reuse. Templates are available in the Template list and can be shared by finding the .cmsum file created in Documents > CET Documents > Summary. Changes not saved to a template will stick in your current drawing but will not be available in other drawings.|
|Add template: Create and name a new template based on your current settings.|
|Delete template: Delete the selected template. The template file will be removed from your computer.|
|Reset template: Reset the selected template back to the last saved settings.|
|Import template: Import a template to CET Designer. The selected template will be added to your list of templates. This will create a copy of the template on your local computer, ensuring availability even without network access.|
