1. In MyConfigura, navigate to Licenses
   

2. If your organization has licenses for multiple products, select the appropriate product section before giving licenses.

   Note: If you're giving licenses for Aline, CIL for AutoCAD, Spec, or Workspace, select the Others product section.
3. Click the Give licenses button
   
4. Select the license or licenses you want to give.
5. Enter each recipient's MyConfigura email address. To enter multiple recipients, separate each email address with a semicolon.

6. Click Add. The email addresses are added to the recipient list below.

   Note: In the image below, the email addresses appear in both the entry field and the recipient list for demonstration purposes. After clicking Add, the email addresses are removed from the entry field.
7. Click Give licenses to complete the license allocation.
   

The process is the same for all product sections.
