As our company grows, we're expanding beyond just CET-specific content. To support this broader scope, we're introducing different agreement to serve a wider range of needs.
Going forward, purchases and renewals will fall under one of two agreements, depending on the product type:
- Configura License Agreement (CLA) – non-Cloud purchases and renewals.
- Cloud Service Master Agreement (CSMA) – Cloud purchases and renewals.
Configura License Agreement (CLA)
In order to purchase or renew licenses for non-Cloud products, for example, CET or Spec licenses, all License Administrators are required to sign a Configura License Agreement (CLA) that includes an automated renewal process, a nominal price increase each year for license(s) based on Consumer Price Index (CPI-U), and an updated security clause.
In case the CLA has not yet been signed, an email reminder is sent to the License Administrator 90 days before their licenses expire.
Clicking the link in the email, the License Administrator will see one of the following views:
- If the CLA has already been signed by a License Administrator within your organization:
- If the CLA has not yet been signed by a License Administrator within your organization:
Cloud Service Master Agreement (CSMA)
In order to purchase Cloud product licenses, for example, Aline, one representative from your company is required to sign the CSMA. By signing, your organization acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this agreement.
