My Account

To go to your account page, select My Account from the menu in the top right corner:

Here, you can update and change your Account information at any time by editing your personal information, adding a profile picture, managing your briefcase settings, downloading CET, and much more.

Before we dive in, this article walk you through the functions in My Accounts page:

Name and email address

You can edit your Profile Picture and Name from this section by clicking the Edit button.

User information

You can edit your personal information from this section by clicking the Edit button.

Reset Password

If you are logging into MyConfigura using Single Sign-On (SSO), to use Configura products that does not support SSO, you will need to set a MyConfigura password through the reset password function.

Go to Reset password, then click Send reset MyConfigura password link. A reset password email will be sent to your mailbox. Don't forget to check your spam/junk mailbox if you do not see the email in your inbox.

After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to the reset password page to set a new password. 

Please ensure that the password meets the following requirements: a minimal 10 characters, is not among commonly used passwords (see the list of most common passwords), and does not contain any personal data. Your password will only be updated after clicking Reset password button.

Agreements

This section list all the agreements that you have signed in MyConfigura. You can read the agreement by clicking on the agreement link.

Billing Address

You can edit your billing address from this section by clicking the Edit button. This billing address will appear in your invoices.

Invoices

If you are a license admin who purchase licenses from the Marketplace, you can find your invoices here.

Completed courses

Here shows a list of courses that you have completed.

Notification settings

The Notifications settings let you control which email notifications you receive from MyConfigura.
