Say hello to our fresh new login and sign-up experience! Along with the updated look, we're thrilled to announce that the long awaited Single Sign-On (SSO) is finally here. In this guide, we'll walk you through the updated login process so you can sign in quickly and securely.

If SSO isn't for you, no worries! — You can still login with email and password. 

Otherwise, let's dig into the new login flow!

The updated login experience starts the same way for all users: Enter your email address and click Continue. From here, your login path depends on whether your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO).

Single Sign-On login

If your company email has Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled, you'll be redirected to your company's identity provider (IdP) to log in. 

Email and Password login

If SSO is not enabled for your email, you'll be prompted to enter your password to proceed with the login process. Then, you'll be ready to go!

Forgot password

If you login using your email and password and have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot password? link on the login page. 

You'll be redirected to the Forgot Password? page. Click Continue.

A recovery email will be sent to the email you entered. Check your inbox for a recovery email and follow the link. Look in your spam/junk mailbox if you do not see the email in your inbox.
