If the Projects page is empty, start by creating a Manufacturer:

You will then be greeted with a Declaration page. Only an authorised owner/representative or a delegate (creating on behalf of the owner) of a Manufacturer, is allowed to create/add a Manufacturer.

Next, fill in the Manufacturer details you wish to create.

After adding a new Manufacturer, the Owner is required to sign the CETRPL Agreement to get started with creating an Extension. If you are a Delegate, an email will be sent to the owner/representative as stated in the previous page.

Once it is signed, the Add Extension button should be available!

Each project has an Activity log at the bottom of this page where you can keep track of what has happened in the project.
