Once your data is ready, the next step is organizing and sending it to Configura. You can do this yourself or if you are working with a Development Partners, they can do this for you. 

We recommend organizing the data in the following folder structure before sending it over:

• Excel File
• 2D folder with all 2D DWG Files
• 3D folder with all 3D DWG files
• ON_IM folder with images
• ON_MAT Folder with swatches

When your files are ready, they should be sent to Configura’s Data Team. This team reviews, compiles, and processes your catalog for use in the Library. Files can be delivered through services like Dropbox or uploaded directly to our FTP.

The first time you send data, we’ll create a testing catalog for you. Every update after that will also go into a testing catalog before it’s published.

Tips for success:

• Well-organized, complete data helps avoid delays and speeds up the development process.
• Avoid using subfolders, use of subfolders will cause unnecessary delays.
