Publishing a Library is the final step in the development process, but a few important actions must happen before it can go live. You must first give formal approval of the data to confirm it meets all internal expectations. Additionally, all related invoices need to be paid in full before publication. A strong marketing and communication plan is recommended to drive user adoption once the Library is available. Because Libraries are accessed through the Industry Library Extension in the CET Marketplace and they do not have their own standalone icon, users often need guidance the first time they look for the content. We recommend creating a clear guide or training resource to help users locate your Library, understand its contents, and use it effectively. This is also a great opportunity to share where users should go for support, making it even more important to have internal team members trained and ready to assist. Clear onboarding, strong visibility, and accessible support will set the stage for a successful launch.
