Before you start using CET, you need to check that your computer is ready. CET is a strong design program with many graphics, so it needs a powerful computer to work well. It is more advanced than a normal app.

First, look at the system requirements to see if your computer is good enough. If you’re not sure, ask your IT team for help: System Requirements and Recommendations. For best results, use our high-end recommendations.

CET must be installed on your computer: Installing and Updating CET. We recommend using full admin rights on your computer when you install them. This helps avoid problems during setup or future updates.

Also, add CET to your antivirus and firewall allow list. This prevents the software from being blocked.

You can also set preferences in the Control Panel for the optimal CET experience. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the following 3:
