Summary
If products are present in your drawing but Calculations displays $0, there are several possible causes. Use the scenarios below to identify the issue and the recommended solution.
Scenario 1: Selected Currency Is Not Available for the Product
Symptom
Products appear in Calculations, but the pricing fields show "No Currency" or the total is $0.
How to Verify
- Open Calculations.
- Review one of the pricing columns, such as List, Ext List, or Buy.
- If the pricing fields display "No Currency," the selected currency has not been configured for that manufacturer's catalog.
Solution
Select the Currency button in the upper-right corner of the Calculations window.
The Currencies dialog indicates which currencies are available for each line item.
Line items highlighted in red indicate that pricing is not configured for the selected currency and will display "No Currency."
If the desired currency is not available, you may need to contact the manufacturer to determine whether pricing is available.
Scenario 2: Auto Update of Pricing Disabled
Symptom
If CET detects that Calculations is taking longer than expected to process, it may automatically pause live pricing updates to improve performance.
How to Verify
In the drawing, the displayed price remains $0 (or does not change) even after products are added or modified.
Solution
Open Calculations and select Refresh to manually update the pricing.
