We recommend doing a Clean Start if you have encountered a glitch, bug, or crash. This helps refresh CET to a working state.

To perform a Clean Start of CET, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Windows Start Menu (lower left of Windows).
    
2. Navigate to Configura CET 64-bit:
   
    
3. Click on CET (clean start or recover) 64-bit. This will open the CET Install Helper dialog.
    
4. Click Clean Start in the upper left corner:
   

This will open CET in a manner that might fix various minor issues in CET. This can also resolve issues where CET does not seem to open otherwise.
