The rightmost part of the Catalogue Explorer window is the Product info pane which shows a larger image and a more detailed description of the currently selected symbol. The Product info pane is not shown as default, but is accessed from the Toolbar at the top of the window.

After drilling through the tree view of Catalogues and finding the product you are looking for, click the Part Number or Description of the product. A preview and additional info can be found about the product. You will see pricing as well as possible options for the product.

You can left-click on the preview of the product and move your cursor into the drawing view to place the product.
