Preparing the Presentation
Go to the Present page to create an online presentation of the proposed project and share it with your customer.
- In the Description view, enter the title and add project summary. Additionally, you can upload a logotype.
- Click on the Cards view, the products will be displayed as cards
- In the Grid view, they will be displayed as line items in a table, you can edit the quantity, price and discount if needed
Presentation Options: In the left section in the Presentation setup, select what should be visible in the presentation.
Check or uncheck what to show in the Description, in the Cards view, and in the Grid view. Select the discount percentage precision from the drop down menu for Customer discount.
Sharing the Presentation
Once you are satisfied with the presentation’s design, you can start sharing it with the customer.
- Click Publish presentation in the top-right corner of the screen.
- The current version of the project will be published and a shareable link to a separate page will be generated. On the Comments section on the right, an entry in the history log will be created.
- Copy the link and send it to your customer. They shall be able to open the presentation and navigate through the views.
- Under the Action button
you can find the menu to View the published version.
Interacting with your Customer, Receiving Feedback
The customer will open the link sent and can start giving feedback on the proposal.
This can be done directly online, by posting comments directly on the shared presentation.
A new log entry will be made in the Comments section; customer comments will be displayed as done by a Guest (further enhancing this functionality to be able to differentiate among several customers in planned for the near future).
Press the Reply button in Comments section to start a conversation thread.

Any user or Guest can make a Reference to a line item in a comment by pressing the small Comment icon (speech bubble) button where it appears on a line item. The reference will show together with the comment when posting it.
Refer to a line item in Present by pressing the Comment icon button in the Cards view.
Make a reference in Browse by pressing the Action button on the line item in the left-hand section and select Refer to this line item in the action menu.
When clicking a posted Reference in the Comments section a menu opens with different possible actions: You can select the line item in Calculate, or open it for configuration in the Details pop-up dialog, or highlight the line item in the Presentation Cards view or select it in the Presentation Grid view.

You can filter all comments on a specific reference in the Comments section for an overview. Comments that do not refer will be hidden.

Creating new versions of a project's presentation
Once the presentation is published, i.e. shared with a customer, that version is locked for editing. If changes are needed to be made to the proposal, based on your customers’ feedback, a new version of the presentation needs to be created.
- Go back to the project by clicking on the Browse page, alternatively clicking on the breadcrumbs in the top bar.
- Do the necessary changes requested by the customer, add products, change prices or discounts, change configurations….
- Go back to the Present page, click on the Update presentation button in the top-right corner, and a new version will be published.
- Send the new link to your customer. The link to older versions will still work.
