Using the Navigation Bar

Quickly navigate through Aline's various views using the page tabs at the bottom- center of the page.

Search for Products

1. Open a project by selecting it in the lobby page and it will direct you to the Browse page where you can start searching for products.

   
    

   There are several ways to search for products:

   1. If you know the part number or description: on the search bar on the top enter the product description or part number. You can narrow down the search by filtering for specific manufacturers.
   2. Go to the left panel and search by manufacturer and its catalogs.

   Search results are shown in the middle of the screen.
   
   
   Searched for "chair" and filtered by Mizetto.
   
   When not filtering by manufacturer, the search will encompass the entire product database. Restrict your search by adding one or multiple manufacturers. The Team Administrator can limit the available Manufacturers to a Team using Team-wide Manufacturer Filtering feature.

Add Products to the Project

After searching for a product:

1. Once you have found the right product, click on its Add to list button on the product card to immediately add it to the project. It will be visible in the right section.
2. To specify or configure the product, choose the Details button on the product card to view and choose the options and desired quantity
   
   The product in the Details pop-up dialog available in Browse, Specify, Calculate and Present pages. Includes List and Dealer Pricing.
    
3. The products listed in the right section display the extended list price (calculated from the list price after applying all relevant discounts retrieved from the general discount table multiplied by the quantity)
   
   
   The product list shows 1 table was added to the list to the right with an extended list price.
    

4. Continue by searching and adding products to the product list as needed.
