Before you start using Spec, you will want to check the system requirements to see if your computer is strong enough. If you're not sure, ask your IT team for help.

You need to install both Spec and Notify for Spec to work properly. (Notify is a tool that keeps your product data and pricing up to date. It connects Spec to manufacturer catalogs so you always use the latest information. Learn more about Notify here: Notify – Configura Help Center)

To download these, you will need to hover over the tabs in MyConfigura and then click "Downloads" on the right:

This will bring up the Downloads page, and you will need to download and install the CI Library Warehouse, Notify and Spec in the following order:

We recommend using full computer admin rights when installing. This helps prevent problems during setup or updates.
