Further Details
- We support Windows 10 (64-bit) and Windows 11. We do not support any emulators for operating systems like Win,e, VMware, etc. Apple Computers running Windows software, remote desktops, or ARM versions of Windows.
- Spec will need ~140 MB of space to install, with an additional ~1 GB-30 GB of space per manufacturer catalogues installed.
Hardware and Software Incompatibilities
- USB-3-based Docking Stations
- Some docking stations, mostly USB-3-based, may prevent Spec from detecting your graphics card. This may negatively affect performance.
- Webroot / Antivirus Program
- If you are using Webroot or another antivirus program other than Windows Defender, please refer to this document for settings related to exempting Spec/CIL.
