Support

The Pallet Floor Support uses the floor to support the conveyor's weight.  While attempting to connect to a conveyor, the height is automatically adjusted based on the elevation of the conveyor unit.

The Support Leg quick property changes the leg to stand on two vertical supports or one.

Guarding

A pallet conveyor end stop guard is a safety device installed at the end of a conveyor system to prevent pallets from accidentally falling off the conveyor.  End Stops can be placed at the end of a pallet conveyor line.

A Bash Plate is a protective component designed to safeguard the conveyor system and its components from potential damage caused by the impact of pallets.  These can be placed along a pallet conveyor line.

Accessories

Photo Eyes can be placed along conveyor lines by left clicking on the Photo Eye button, then left clicking again on a conveyor.  A laser can be shown by selecting the Show Laser option in the quick properties box.  Photo eyes can be moved easily along a conveyor unit by left clicking and dragging.

Pallet Checkpoints and Pallet Pick up and Drops can also be added to the conveyor lines for further customization.

Pallet Magazines are available in the Accessories section.  Pallet Stand-alone Magazines can be placed independently in the drawing.  Pallet In-line Magazines can be added along conveyor lines and can have the direction changed within the quick properties.  Both types of pallet magazines have a Number of Pallets slider bar that allows you to quickly adjust how many pallets are showing in the magazine.

Pallet Stops can be added to a pallet conveyor unit.  Customization to handedness, height from conveyor, and width offset can all be made within the quick properties box.

Pedestrian Walkways can be added along conveyor lines as well and are designed to allow safe and efficient crossing over the conveyor system.
