Creating a Template

To create and save a Template, follow these steps:

1. Open a new drawing and update it to include your preferred settings.
   OR
2. Open an existing drawing with your preferred settings already saved.

Then,

1. Go to the File menu
2. Click Save As Template
3. Add a Template description
4. Add a file name and save

A dialog box will prompt you to choose to either set the new Template as the default or to cancel and return to your drawing. This only appears after saving a Template without a file in the Save Location directory. 

Any drawings created from a Template will include the used Template file name with the information visible when you Open a drawing. To view this information, make sure the Info box is checked.
