Spec comes with a Default Print Template for immediate use and customization. Users can create an unlimited number of reports in a Print Template and can create an unlimited number of Print Templates. Print Templates can be copied and shared. The Default Print Template file is located Print Template subfolder found in the main ProjectSpec User folder.
How do I edit the reports in a Template?
Users access the editing tool in Spec on the Print tab. The Template Editor is used to create new Print Templates and edit already existing Templates along with their associated reports.
The Template Editor opens its own window. When the Template Editor is opened for the first time, it opens to the Default Print Templates file. If you have previously used the Editor to update a Print Template and/or report, it will open to the last used Print Template.
