CET Support offers free, personal support on all issues related to CET. If you need help accomplishing a task, have a question about our software, want to report a program issue, or request a feature, we are here to help you.
Use the Help drop-down menu in CET and choose Send Feedback to report issues. You can also use this option to share ideas and suggest new features.
If you still need to contact us directly, there are three ways to contact us by: chat, phone, or email.

Live Chat with Support Staff
- For live chat, select Contact Support from the Help drop down in CET:
- Your internet browser will open to the Help Center's Contact Us section.

In the bottom-right hand corner of the screen is the Help widget, click on that to begin a chat:

Once selected, you will be immediately connected with our chatbot, Connie. Connie has a list of common inquiries that she can assist with resolving. Feel free to explore these options if they relate to your question or issue.
If you can't find the information you need, click "Talk to a human" and follow the prompts regarding preferred language, product and issue description to help us route you to the correct agent. After that you will be forwarded to our support team!
