If you are having trouble with a drawing or find something that is incorrect, send it to CET Designer Support through the Help menu. You can also submit a feature request if you have a suggestion for additional functionality you would like to see in future releases of CET Designer. With each release, we add at least one feature voted on by users.
To report an issue in CET Designer:
Go to the Help menu and click Report Issue with Attached Drawing…Even if the issue is happening in multiple drawings, please choose the "Report issue with attached drawing" option so that the Support team has an example of the issue to review.
Select the drawing you wish to attach.This list is generated based on the most recent drawings you have had open. If you currently have a drawing open, it will be listed in its own section named "Currently open world."
Describe the issue or what you were doing when the problem occurred.The more detail you can provide here the better so that the Support team can recreate the scenario to discover the root issue faster.
Pay attention to the "Verify that your email address is correct" cell. Any replies regarding this issue will be sent to this address.
Add additional drawing files, screenshots, screen videos, rendered images, etc. in the Attached files section. Again, the more information and resources we have for reviewing the problem, the easier it will be to resolve.
