If you are having problems with a drawing or find something that isn't right, follow the steps below to submit a bug report to CET Support through the Help menu.

Go to the Help Menu and Click Send feedback
Even if the issue is happening in multiple drawings, please choose the "Send feedback" option so that the Support team has an example of the issue to review:

Select Bug As the Feedback Type
Selecting Bug as the feedback type attaches the current drawing, also attaching the log files of CET, as seen the Include drawing option, and Show attachments showing some files.
Conversely, selecting the type as Feature request will automatically exclude the drawing and remove any attaching log files.Conversely, you can also submit a feature request you have a suggestion for additional functionality you would like to see in future versions of CET.
You can do so by selecting the type as Feature request. This will automatically exclude the drawing and remove any attaching log files. -
Select a Topic
To improve your customer service experience, we strongly recommend attaching a Topic to the issue. This really can help us prepare our support team better before getting back to you.

Describe the Issue or What You Were Doing When the Problem Occurred
The more detail you can provide here the better in order for the Support team to recreate the scenario and identify the root issue faster.
In the Attached files section, add additional drawing files, screenshots, screen videos, rendered images, etc. Again, all additional information and resources that you include contribute to resolving the issue faster.
