If you are having problems with a drawing or find something that isn't right, do submit a bug report to CET Support through the Help menu by following the steps below.
Go to the Help menu and click Report Issue with Attached Drawing…Even if the issue is happening in multiple drawings, please choose the "Report issue with attached drawing" option so that the Support team has an example of the issue to review:
Select the drawing you wish to attachThe list of drawing files is generated based upon the most recent drawings you have had open. If you currently have a drawing open, it will be listed in its own section named "Currently open world."
Describe the issue or what you were doing when the problem occurredThe more detail you can provide here the better in order for the Support team to recreate the scenario and identify the root issue faster.
Add additional drawing files, screenshots, screen videos, rendered images, etc. in the Attached files section. Again, all additional information and resources that you include do contribute to resolving the issue faster.
From the Help menu you can also submit a feature request if you have a suggestion for additional functionality you would like to see in future versions of CET Designer.
