USB-3-based Docking Stations

Some docking stations, mostly USB-3-based, may prevent CET from detecting your graphics card. This will cause the program to switch to Software Compatibility mode and will negatively affect performance.

Software Incompatibilities

FortiGate Firewall

If you are using a FortiGate firewall, you need to add the IP address and URL for your sites to the filter area on the FortiGate to be able to download extensions.

Nahimic Audio Software

We have seen recurring issues with the Nahimic audio software due to its behavior of attempting to inject itself into other running processes. This can prevent CET from launching and often results in frequent crashes.

pCon.planner

As of September 2021, CET no longer supports the pCon.planner.

As a workaround, you may convert your pCon files to any of our supported file formats as below:

• Product Data: SIF or XML
  
  
• Graphics: DWG, IFC, SketchUp
