Bug Fix

• Fixed problem with external references for measurement parameters that prevented the URL from being saved correctly when creating .db3 files.
• Fixed problem with saving .db3 files that could cause a local newer version to be overwritten by an older version from the server.
• Fixed problem with Synch groups and specific object settings that could cause parts of the graphics to go missing.
• Fixed problem with the Catalogue creator help buttons that caused the web pages to appear broken.
