About

The Commercial Interiors Library Extension (formerly known as ProjectSymbols) gives you the ability to insert furniture symbols from the expansive AutoCAD library directly into CET Commercial Interiors.

This Extension supplements your current extensions by providing symbols, pricing, and specification options not readily available with a manufacturer's extension. 

Here are two examples of when the Commercial Interiors Library Extension saves the day:

• A manufacturer's extension doesn't include certain catalog/product information.
• A manufacturer does not have an extension.

The manufacturer's missing catalog data is provided and published through our digital library, Notify. 

Included with the Extension is a conversion tool that converts previously placed symbols using ProjectSymbols, Cap Studio, and Giza as 2D/3D symbols in your CET Commercial Interior drawing. You can also use a SIF file to import symbols along with its pricing and specification options! *claps*

The Commercial Interiors Library Extension can be purchased and downloaded at the Marketplace in the Industry Specific section.

License Manager

The License Manager is an online user portal for all things related to Commercial Interiors Library. Once the Extension is purchased and downloaded, click HERE to send an email with the following information:

• What is your company name?
• Who is the designated Manager in License Manager?
• What is the Manager's email address?
• Do you want to be registered as well?
  • If so, please provide first/last name and email address.
• What software is this for?
• Do you have an old Company ID?

Notify

Notify is a digital library that publishes the manufacturers' catalogs and data. It is a separate download and is required when working with the Commercial Interiors Library Extension.

This data includes catalog information such as:

• catalog codes
• part numbers
• part descriptions
• options
• list price
• 2D/3D symbols
