We've had a few changes to Office Accessories that we'd like to tell you about.

1. By default, Office Accessories has changed locations to "Catalog Browser" and "Show All Tabs" tab group in 17.0. 

2. Some users are experiencing issues with downloading Office Accessories symbols. They may appear as white blocks with a '?' in the middle. If this happens, wait 45 minutes and if it still fails to appear, toggle the 'use new downloader' setting to the other option. If this happens, please let us know that this resolved the issue for you by submitting a bug report: https://support.configura.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036179213-Reporting-Issues

3. Finally, Office Accessories was starting in some cases as being "missing" entirely. We've have since put out a fix for this particular issue in 17.0 Patch 1. If you are still experiencing this issue, please check to see if you have the Drawings > "Separate Windows for each drawing" setting enabled  . If it is enabled, the temporary workaround right now is to set CET to "Shared Windows for each drawing".
