Summary

Some users have reported that the Office Accessories extension does not appear under the Catalog Browser or Show All Tabs groupings, even though the extension is installed.

In some cases, the extension tab appears briefly and then disappears after a drawing is loaded.

Symptoms

• Office Accessories is shown as installed in CET. 

• The extension does not appear under Catalog Browser or Show All Tabs. 

• The extension tab disappears after opening a drawing.

Workaround

A partial fix has been released for this issue. Please run all available CET updates at your earliest convenience.

Users may continue to experience this issue if they have Drawings > "Separate Windows for each drawing" setting enabled. A temporary workaround is to switch to "Shared Windows for each drawing".
