Summary

Users have reported continuous refreshing behavior in the following areas:

• The SIF Export dialog

• Calculations

• Article View in Paper space

The affected areas repeatedly refresh, preventing normal interaction.

Steps to Reproduce

For Calculations:

• Open Calculations.

• Observe the Totals summary or the Pricelists column refreshing repeatedly.

   

For Order Export:

• Open Calculations.
• Navigate to File > Order Export.

• Observe the Order Export dialog refreshing continuously.

   

For Papers:

• Open Paper space.
• Add an Article View add-on to the paper.
• Observe the Article View refreshing repeatedly.

Workaround

There is currently no known workaround for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience while we investigate further.
