The Animation/Vessel tracker is a nifty tool that allows you to view the animation and vessels that are currently running. This is especially useful to debug insert animations or functions that heavily relies on animation, and keeping track of vessels that are currently active.
Enabling the Animation/Vessel Tracker
Simply click on the Vessel tracker ... under the Debug toolbar and a window will pop up.
Using the Animation/Vessel Tracker
Animation Tab
The first tab consists of showing all current/active Animation, Controller, Focus etc. on the top section of the dialog.
The two other sections below show the most recent Animations and Vessels respectively
Start any animation of your choice, or just try to insert one snapper. It will display the current Animation class.
Try using the Generic Remover to also see the recent Animation Vessels section in action:
In the recent Animation Stack and Animation Vessels section, you can double-click on any of the listed objects to open the file of the object in Emacs.
Selection Tab
The selection tab lists down recent Vessels that currently selected and recently selected. Usually for tracking Snapper Vessels within Snappers that are currently selected.
Space Tab
Here you can find the current active Space Vessels:
