When applying a scheme to a drawing with blocks, the default behavior is that products within the blocks will not be affected. If you would like to override this behavior, check the Blocks checkbox in the Apply on section. When this is checked, materials and options will be applied to all products both inside and outside of blocks. This will remain checked for other drawings until you un-check it.
