This image shows the Configura support options you'll see when creating an extension. As the extension owner, you get to decide how you want to handle user support. You can either choose to provide support yourself (Self Support), or let Configura handle it for you (Configura Support). We offer two tiers: Basic Extension Support and Superior Extension Support, with the latter including an annual retainer and a per-ticket fee.
- If Configura Support is selected, there will be 2 support types available – Basic and Superior. After selecting a support type, read and check the checkbox for support agreement.
- If Self Support is selected, contact information of the support needs to be filled in.
