Extension Briefcases allow you to create a briefcase that is open only to users who install your Extension (either as a trial or paid). Suggestions for briefcase contents are release notes, tips and tricks, upcoming feature information or simply a way to collaborate with your users. When a new user downloads your Extension, they are automatically invited to the briefcase. If their license expires or is transferred to another user, they are removed. You can also add or delete members manually in your Briefcase tools.
1. Create briefcase
Create a briefcase linked to the selected extension. Any user assigned to that extension will automatically be added to the briefcase.
2. Assign briefcase to Extension
Link an existing briefcase to a specific extension. Once linked, user assigned to that extension will automatically be added to the connected briefcase.
