The validation tab is used to validate the integrity of a project. A number of related checks are collectively referred to as a ‘validation’. The validation tab provides a number of validations to detect common errors that can occur in a project. It is recommended that validations be run at regular intervals to ensure that a project is kept in a useable state.

The following areas are available in the Validation tab:

• The Available Validations area for starting validations.
• The Tasks area for monitoring the progress of running validations.
• The Results area for view the results of a validation.
