Use the Light Settings dialog to edit lights, groups of lights, and global lights. You can either drag the slider or type a specific number. The options in the Light Settings window will change based on which lights are selected in the drawing view so that different fixtures can have different settings. To adjust multiple lights at once, add them to a group. To manipulate the settings of all lights in your drawing, use the global lights tab.

The options in the Light Settings window will change based on which lights are selected in the drawing view. Each light will have some of the settings below.
Amount of light emitted from the light source. Brightness can be adjusted for all types of lights.

Distance to which the light can reach. Effect Range can be adjusted for all types of lights.

For spotlights and florescent lights only.
Affects how lights cast shadows for target objects. Shadows can be completely turned off with the checkbox. For some lights, when shadows are turned on, you must additionally set the softness and resolution of your shadows. Shadows can be turned on or off for ceiling grid lights, florescent lights, spotlights, and window lights.
Blurs or sharpens the fade of shadow edges. Shadow softness can be adjusted for ceiling grid lights and spotlights only.

Determines the smoothness of the lines defining the shadow. Shadow resolution can be adjusted for spotlights only.

Light cone width
Adjusts how narrow or wide the focus of the spotlight is.

Set the Elevation of your fluorescent lights only.
Set the Fixture depth and Fixture width of your Florescent lights only.
Temperature: Control the color of the light from 1500K to 7500K (Kelvins). Temperature can be adjusted for florescent lights, spotlights, and window light in the 3D component tab, as well as all lights from the Lights extension.

Cord length: Distance from elevation set in the Position section to the bottom of the fluorescent light fixture.
Diffusor style: Choose from None, Steel grid, or Plastic plate as a material to render beneath the lights in your florescent light fixture:
Quality: (window lights only)
Show in 3D photo: Check the box to display the fixture in the 3D rendering. If unchecked, the fixture will show in the 3D drawing view but not in a rendering.
Show in 2D print: Check the box if you want the lights to be visible in your 2D printouts.
