This tool quickly collects the technical details needed to identify catalog-related issues and makes it easy to share them with Configura Support.

How to access the Catalogue Diagnostic Tool:

You can access it by navigating to:
Help > Run Catalogue Diagnostic

Choosing the Right Option:

When the Catalogue Diagnostic Tool opens, you’ll see two options:

1. Symbol – Use this option if a specific catalog symbol is missing or not displaying correctly.
   • Examples include:
     • A missing icon in the component tab
     • A rainbow box or question mark box that persists after updates and catalog downloads have completed

2. Extension – Use this option if an entire component tab is empty or multiple symbols from the same extension are not showing as expected.

    

Running the Diagnostic:

1. After choosing Symbol or Extension, select the affected symbol in your drawing or component tab.
2. Click Start Diagnostic.
3. CET will begin gathering information about your catalogs.
4. Once complete, a results dialog will appear.

From here, you can:

• View Report – Open the diagnostic log manually.

• Send Report – Send the report directly to Configura Support for further investigation. When you select this option, the Send Feedback dialog will open with the diagnostic report already attached automatically.
