Developer & QA Tools 16.0 Patch 2: September 15, 2025

Created a designated PMX file for View Parts in Spec exports to prevent overwriting drawing PMX exports.
Improved stability of the 'View Parts in Spec' button by using SIF exports when PMX exports fail.
Added the Calculation QA Tools Extension to the QA Internal Tools to group automated and accelerated tests around Calculations. Also added a new test to trigger PMX export failures intentionally.
The Catalogue Diagnostic Tool now captures more logs for missing symbols and tracks CET requests for the latest model file.
The Catalogue Diagnostic Tool now keeps only the five most recent diagnostic files, automatically removing older ones to save space.

Fixed problem where a discrepancy in file downloads occurred due to disabled catalogues being included during sync. Now, only enabled catalogues will download.
