Added two new check boxes, Compact Row and Display Options Vertically, for an enhanced view by optimizing cell padding to fit more records on the screen.

Integrated additional columns to match with CET for a unified experience
- Default On: Ind Tag and Leadtime
- Default Off: Area, Base List, Category, Markup %, Part Key, Preview, Price List, SKU, Length, Reconfiguration, Yardage
Enabled printing and reporting for all new columns

Added a temporary cell expansion to allow the cell to expand while typing
Added a mouse-over tooltip to show the full contents of a cell
Added a Price Zone Description column
Added Part Number as an option to the Move/Copy Column function for better data management
Added a warning message for the Display Two Decimal checkbox to prevent data format errors

Fixed problem with the restart prompt functionality to ensure Spec restarts as expected

Fixed problem with replacing the Unit Price that could executed even when it was locked
