Consider resetting Notify if you are experiencing issues such as below:
- Unable to open
- Popup error dialogues
- Stuck on "Connecting..."
Follow the steps below to begin resetting Notify:
- Locate the Notify icon on your Windows Taskbar (System Tray)
You may have to click Show Hidden Icons or the Up arrow. - Right-click the Notify icon, go to the CI Libraries Warehouse Service - Running tab, then select Restart
- A black Command Prompt will appear and disappear momentarily stating that the Service has been restarted.
- You should now be able to open Notify again
If it still does not open, repeat the steps or try restarting your computer.
