Consider resetting Notify if you are experiencing issues such as below:

• Unable to open
• Popup error dialogues
• Stuck on "Connecting..."

Follow the steps below to begin resetting Notify:

1. Locate the Notify icon* on your Windows Taskbar (System Tray)

You may have to click Show Hidden Icons or the Up arrow.
2. Right-click the Notify icon, go to the CI Libraries Warehouse Service - Running tab, then select Restart
3. A black Command Prompt will appear and disappear momentarily stating that the Service has been restarted.

4. You should now be able to open Notify again

*If the Notify icon is not visible, you can try running CI Library Warehouse Tray from your Windows Start Menu or via "C:\Program Files\Configura Library Platform\Data Warehouse\DataWarehouseTray.exe"
