Products and options in a catalogue with zero or no pricing will now export with new codes P1 and O1 and a zero price in the catalogue SIF export.

Fixed problem with the Batch Converter not saving the 'Preserve UVs' setting.
Fixed problem with the toolbox not updating when Table of Content cards were rearranged.
Fixed problem where copying and renaming a sublevel in the Table of Content could overwrite the original sublevel's code when saving to DB3, causing duplicate codes.
Fixed problem where a discrepancy in file downloads occurred due to disabled catalogues being included during sync. Now, only enabled catalogues will download.
Fixed problem with the Creator dialogue refreshing repeatedly when editing multiple 'Material/Texture URL' rows in large catalogues.
