To ensure you receive all important communications from Configura, please make sure the following email addresses are whitelisted by your email system or spam filter:

• no-reply@configura.com – This address is used by MyConfigura to send critical emails such as invoice reminders, account verification, and extension approval notifications.
• support@configura.zendesk.com – This is the official email address used by Configura Support for responding to support requests and providing status updates.
• licensemanager@projectmatrix.com - This address is used by CIL License Manager to send account verification and password reset emails.
