The Catalogue Downloader is a companion application that comes automatically with CET. While it runs separately from CET, it manages all catalogue downloads and keeps your files organized. It lets you view catalogue details, track download progress, and pause, resume, or retry individual downloads. You can also access recently completed or on-demand catalogues. By ensuring the right files are available when you need them, the Catalogue Downloader helps prevent errors, save time, and maintain a smooth workflow.
Open the Catalogue Downloader within CET via the Menu bar icon next to Toggle Tools or from the Windows System Tray.
The following table lists the available icons and their corresponding statuses as they appear in the Menu bar:
| Icon | Status |
| No downloads in progress | |
| Downloading | |
| Download(s) failed | |
| Download(s) paused | |
| Not running |
