In our documentation that covers License Administration and MyConfigura functionality, we mention different roles that people can have, and they are explained below.
- End User: an End User is a person that uses CET Designer and CET Extensions in their daily work.
- License Administrator: a License Administrator is the owner of one or more licenses. The License Administrator can pre-order multiple licenses and distribute them to specific End Users. The Administrator can also grant or deny license requests from End Users. Usually, a License Administrator manages all licenses at a specific dealership. An End User could very well be the License Administrator as well.
- Supervisor: a Supervisor is responsible for the usage of an Extension. The Supervisor has the ability to approve or deny the purchase of licenses for an Extension.
