Your CET Designer and manufacturer licenses will need to be renewed each year.
30 days prior to the expiration date, we will send the license administrator an email informing you that your licenses are about to expire. The email contains links to two different renewal options:
- Renew all licenses - If you are satisfied with your current licenses, click the Renew all licenses link in the email to review and pay the pre-made invoice for next year's subscriptions. Your licenses are then automatically renewed.
- Renew some licenses - If you only want to renew some of your licenses, click the Renew specific licenses link in the email. This will take you to the Marketplace:
Here, click the Renew specific licenses and complete the renewal process in three simple steps:
- Pick the licenses you want to renew by selecting the checkboxes to the right of each user.
- Verify that your renewal options are correct. You can always return to step 1 to make changes.
- Choose payment method.
After finalizing the renewal, a new invoice is generated and emailed to you and the pre-made invoice is cancelled. As soon as we have received the payment, your specific licenses will be renewed.
Remember that you can always log in to MyConfigura and select Marketplace in the menu to the right to keep track of your licenses and invoices.
