Summary

When snipping to paper from 2D view, the option to Resize via "Scale" is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In 2D view, select the "Snip to Paper View" button:

2. Highlight the area that you'd like to snip

3. Paper view will automatically open with the 2D view clip highlighted

4. Observe the Quick Properties. The "Scale" option under Resize will be unavailable.

Workaround

From within Quick Properties, select the checkbox near Lock Scale. Enable and then disable Lock Scale for the "Scale" option to reappear:
