Summary

When opening and closing the new Material Portal repeatedly, the memory usage of CET continues to increase.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open CET

2. Open the Material Portal: 

3. Close the Material Portal and open it again

4. In task manager, CET will show with abnormally high memory usage:

Workaround

To clear the reset the memory usage, restart CET by closing and re-opening the program.
