The Customer Portal in the Help Center offers a comprehensive overview of your activity in Zendesk, including tickets you've reported and articles you've commented on.
To access the portal from the main page, click on the Sign in button:
If you are not already signed into MyConfigura, you'll be directed to this page:
Here, sign in with your email and password that you use for CET.
If you've forgotten your password, click on Forget your password? below to reset it.
Once you are signed into MyConfigura, your name will appear at the top:
Click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu with three options:

This page allows you to see all your Zendesk activity.
You will be directed to the “My requests” page, where you can see tickets opened on your behalf as well as tickets where you're an added participant:
Clicking on any ticket's subject allows you to view its content, comments, and status:
If you navigate back to the “My requests” page, you'll find two additional tabs available at the top: “Contributions” and “Following”.
The “Contributions” tab shows your Zendesk forum activity and any comment you have made on Help Center articles. The forum feature is not yet available to the public but we are excited to unveil that when the time is ready:
The “Following” tab lets you view your subscriptions to Help Articles, Help Article sections or forum posts. This subscription feature is not yet available to the public as well but will likely be unveiled in the same timeframe as our forum:
Edit my profile:
This page lets you modify your Zendesk profile, where you can update your name, upload a profile picture, and add your phone number.
Adding your phone number here helps us quickly identify you if you call into Support.
You can ignore the two-factor authentication option for now. Remember to save any updates by clicking 'OK' at the bottom of the screen.
Sign out:
'Sign out' will log you out of your Zendesk profile and return you to the MyConfigura homepage.
