We are excited to announce that User Support has transitioned to using Zendesk as our new Helpdesk tool. This transition marks a significant step forward in our commitment to enhancing your experience and ensuring seamless communication channels for any assistance you may require.
Zendesk is renowned for its user-friendly interface and robust features, allowing us to efficiently address your inquiries and support needs. Rest assured, we are continuously exploring opportunities to leverage Zendesk's latest advancements and stay at the forefront of technological innovation.
We would like to share some changes with you that have occurred as a result of the transition:
- A chat widget is now available on the Help Center, and you can request help at any time on any page. Click here to learn more about the widget.
- The United States phone number for both CET and Spec/CIL have been updated and the new number is listed on the Call page for both products.
- You can continue to call the previous phone numbers for Spec/CIL and CET until May 3rd. We recommend updating your records to the new phone number listed on the Call page.
- The Customer Portal where you can view your open tickets is now attached to the Help Center. Click here to learn more about the portal.
